By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site provides information and B2B services primarily for licensed healthcare professionals and organisational buyers. You must be at least 18 years old. Where you register for courses or purchase products, you confirm you are authorised to act in a professional capacity as required for that offering.

4. Accounts, orders, and courses

You must provide accurate registration and billing information. Orders and course enrolments are subject to the specific product description, pricing (including applicable VAT rules), and any additional enrolment agreement presented at checkout. Digital products may affect your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as disclosed at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt security or availability
• Do not scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the site except as allowed by law
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content

7. Hormodose+ platform

Use of the Hormodose+ clinical platform is governed by separate Terms and a Privacy Notice available on the platform (https://hormodoseplus.com/). These website Terms do not replace the platform agreement.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renewal disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to the greater of €100 or the amounts you paid us for the specific online service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Courts of Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules on consumer venue.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires a different process for material changes.
