Dr. Francisco Tostes has been practicing for 20 years and works in Brazil and Europe. He is Chief Medical Officer Europe for Renewal, with clinical and strategic responsibilities across the European region and Brazil. He holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from UFRJ and completed postgraduate studies in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Sports Medicine. His academic and clinical work covers metabolic health, endocrine regulation, applied hormone physiology, and hormone therapies, with several scientific publications and presentations at medical and scientific meetings.

A physician specializing in Orthomolecular and Anti-Aging Medicine, with over 29 years of clinical experience and a long-standing clinical practice in Portugal. Dr. Ayoub holds a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine and postgraduate training in Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery. He is a faculty member of the largest and most established hormone therapy training program in the country, and is a frequent international speaker and contributor to medical education events.
